Martial Arts: Is the study of the body ins inc with the mind and spirit. The essence of martial arts is not offensive and neither defensive, it is an enlightenment of a peaceful mind. A state at which true power is held in restraint, its having the ability to and not, "the best way to defend an attack is to not entice one". Knowing that you are held accountable for your actions and holding your self to a higher standard than those around you. Martial arts is not in any way a sport, to hurt other human beings for sheer pleasure, the skills attained by martial arts are to be used only when all other resources are exhausted.

Poetry: A form of self expression with the use of words to create a beautiful work of language which conveys a touching meaning on the issue it represents. This can be done via the word choice or rhythm of the author's literary speech.
Art: The use of a visual medium to create an aesthetic work of visual appeal that opens ones mind to that which can be seen with the eye to bring forth a greater meaning of that which was not previously seen.
Dance: A language of the fluidity of body movements used in communication between humans and other animals. A language that conveys so much more than words ever could, everyday every movement is like a dance, in every action we express more of ourselves than an entire dictionary ever could.
Philosophy: The fundamental study of the essence of life and being, because only when you know that you don't know will you be able to know that knowing is nothing in comparison to learning.
