Selfdestruct

At his height
With all his might
He will fight
What has man become
The urge
To purge
And no longer merge
What has man become
Breathing fire
With desire
To kill his sire
What has man become
Upon a hill
With all his will
He seeks to kill
What has man become
Turn the page
Dust of age
See his rage
What has man become
With a rod
He will trod
To be his god
What has man become
In the past
But so fast
He will not last
What has man become
Break the door
To the shore
He is no more
What has man become
Through a duct
With no reluct
To self destruct
That’s what man is
